Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role delivering business or technology change.
• Direct experience in payment investigations or related payment exception management is preferred.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements; translate them into clear, testable delivery requirements.
• Experience producing core BA documentation and Jira artifacts in Agile environments.
• Strong communication with cross‑functional partners to clarify requirements and assess impacts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payments Investigation Operations, Product, Technology, and Engineering to shape practical solutions.
• Analyze end‑to‑end payment investigation journeys to identify impacts and required enhancements.
• Gather and document requirements in Jira with epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defects.
• Collaborate to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and maintain traceability from requirement to delivery.
• Use data to validate requirements, identify trends, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and build domain knowledge.
