Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Solutions Analyst III in our Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team in Tampa.

The role bridges product owners, business, operations, and software developers to deliver technically feasible, data-driven solutions for payment investigations and related processes. You will elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, and maintain traceability from requirement through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder requirements in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to create and manage Jira artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, defects).
• Strong communication and collaboration with product, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to shape practical, data-driven solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end payment investigation journeys to identify process impacts and required capabilities.
• Document requirements in Jira with epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defects; include process maps and data requirements.
• Clarify requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and support prioritization with traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Use data to validate requirements and recommend process, operational, and technology improvements.
• Communicate progress, open questions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and build domain knowledge.
