• Proficient in creating Jira artifacts: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, defects.
• Strong analytical skills to map data flows and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Payments, Product, Technology, and Engineering to shape practical solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end payment investigation journeys and document impacts across processes and data.
• Gather and document requirements in Jira with epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate across teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and maintain traceability.
• Validate requirements using data insights and recommend process or technology improvements.
