Job summary

Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Public Safety Dispatcher to serve as the central communication hub for the Public Safety Department. You will coordinate with departments, monitor radio and security systems, and dispatch personnel in real time. The role requires calmness under pressure and strong organizational skills.

Wage range is $21.00–$23.55/hour. This is a non-benefited role, with 401(k) discretionary match after 1,000 hours and sick time accrual.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic dispatch or incident tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date contact lists and schedules.
• Support shift documentation, equipment logs and report compilation.
• Dispatch security personnel via radio and digital platforms.
• Monitor radio communications, emergency calls and guest/employee concerns in real time.
• Coordinate with Parking, Transportation, Guest Services and Mountain Operations.
• Alert local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
