Job summary

Boyne Resorts is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the resort's safety and security team at the Summit at Snoqualmie. You will supervise staff, respond to incidents, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment while coordinating with emergency services as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-traffic periods and emergencies outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol resort areas to maintain safety and security.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns, completing required reports.
• Coordinate with local emergency services as needed.
• Enforce resort policies with tact and fairness.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and radios to stay aware of activity.
• Supervise daily shift activities of public safety staff and provide coaching.
