Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real‑time security events, coordinate with on‑site teams, and guide responses via two‑way audio/video systems. You will handle alarms, de‑escalation, and emergency coordination with customers and authorities.

The role is on‑site in St. Louis with weekend/holiday schedules, shift differentials, and added incentive programs. Training is provided and day‑one benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for customers during opening/closing.
• Communicate with sites using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Respond to alarms and notify emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system queries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Verify alarm signals and dispatch accordingly.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
