Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, oversee live audio/video interactions, and de-escalate threats at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and document actions for incident resolution.

This on-site role requires weekend/holiday scheduling and works from our St. Louis office, with 4:30pm–1am shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Respond to alarms, notify emergency services, and document actions.
• Maintain accurate records and generate incident reports.
