Job summary

Interface Systems in Missouri (St. Louis area) is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from an on-site Operations Center. You will handle alarms, video verification, and live two-way audio with monitored sites, escalating as needed across a 24/7 schedule.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, clear communication, and direct interaction with customers and emergency responders. Starting at $22/hour with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business opening or closing.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries from customers, employees, vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and document interactions.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; perform video verification when needed.
• Notify specified individuals of alarms or events per instructions.
• Provide life safety support and dispatch to emergency personnel as required.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events, using two-way audio to coordinate with site personnel.
• Handle loitering, trespassing or violations with de-escalation and quick decisions.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and interventions.
