Interfacesystems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in Saint Louis to manage real-time security events with live two-way audio/video interactions. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and coordinate rapid responses with customers and emergency services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with preferred customer service or security background.
• Experience in call centers, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security inquiries and escalate as required.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed incident reports.
• Provide life safety support and clear dispatch communications to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when possible.
