Job summary

Interface Systems' iSOC team seeks a Level 3 Coordinator to manage real-time security events and interact with monitored sites via two-way audio/video. You will verify alarms, escalate incidents, and ensure rapid, authoritative communication with customers and staff.

The role requires working a 12pm–10:30pm schedule, on-site in Saint Louis, with 24/7 operations and generous bonuses and benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage three levels of iSOC responsibilities, including Level 3 Interactive coordination.
• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action based on severity and instructions.
