Job summary

Interface Systems in Saint Louis is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security incidents with live audio/video interactions and rapid decision-making. You will verify alarms, monitor video feeds, and coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance.
• Verify alarm signals and perform video verification of incidents.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Provide life safety support and dispatch to emergency services when required.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when possible.
