Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with decisive two-way audio communication at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and coordinate live responses to incidents while maintaining clear communication with customers and emergency services.

You will handle escalations, perform remote checks, and document actions, ensuring prompt, professional resolution in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or requests.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; perform video verification.
• Notify designated persons per customer instructions during events.
• Provide life safety dispatch to emergency services.
• Offer basic alarm support and assist in resetting alarms.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents and de-escalate when needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
