Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor and manage critical security events from our St. Louis office. You will handle live audio/video interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services while de-escalating threats in real time. The role requires shift work in a 24/7 environment with comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes rapid decision-making, professional communication, and reliable documentation of all interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; perform video verification of alarms.
• Provide life safety support by ensuring timely dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events, using two-way audio systems.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses.
