Job summary

Interface Systems in St. Louis is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, oversee live audio/video interactions, and coordinate with monitored sites to prevent breaches.

You will verify alarms, de-escalate incidents, document actions, and support emergency responders. The role requires strong communication, rapid decision-making, and a willingness to work a flexible 4:30pm–1am shift, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in customer service, dispatch or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and calm demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Verify alarms, respond to incidents, and dispatch emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and generate incident reports.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate when appropriate.
