Job summary

Interface Systems, LLC is seeking an iSOC Level 3 Coordinator to manage real-time security events from an on-site office in St. Louis. You will coordinate alarm verification, video monitoring, and live audio communication with monitored sites, escalating as needed to protect people and property.

The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday shifts, and strong decision-making. Training is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses for committed team members.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for potential security vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action based on severity, including contacting customers and emergency services as required.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with resolving, escalating, or supporting security and system inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and verify their validity.
• Provide life safety support with clear dispatch and alarm communication to emergency personnel.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
