Job summary

Interface Systems seeks an experienced iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio/video interactions. You’ll verify alarms, monitor feeds, and coordinate with customers and emergency responders from a 24/7 operations center.

The role requires strong communication, quick decision-making and the ability to de-escalate threats, with on-site shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing and requests.
• Communicate with sites using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Respond to alarms, contact customers and emergency services when needed.
• Document interactions and generate detailed alarm response reports.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents to de-escalate when possible.
