Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor security events, manage live audio/video interactions with monitored sites, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services. This role builds on prior levels and offers increased responsibility in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will work 1:30pm–10pm shifts, on-site in our St. Louis office, with paid vacation, sick time, referral bonuses, and performance/attendance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing potential security vulnerabilities or unusual activities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business hours or at customer request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or requesting emergency services (police, fire, medical).
• Answer inbound calls to assist with security/system inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record (automation system).
