Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, conduct remote checks, and coordinate two-way audio interactions at monitored sites, including trespass prevention and incident de-escalation.

This on-site role supports a 24/7 Operations Center with shift differentials, 8–10 hour shifts, benefits from day one, vacation and sick time, plus monthly bonuses for attendance and performance after a training period.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during operations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system and document interactions.
• Verify alarms via video and notify relevant contacts per instructions.
• Provide life-safety support with clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Handle incidents such as loitering or trespassing with de-escalation when needed.
• Generate detailed post-incident reports and ensure proper follow-up.
