Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator Level 3 to manage live interactions during critical security events from our on-site Security Operations Center. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and communicate with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems while coordinating with customers and emergency services as needed.

The role requires de-escalation, rapid decision-making, and precise documentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with calmness under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and security monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct remote checks and virtual tours of customer locations to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform alarm verification and live two-way audio/video communications during incidents.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security-related inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Notify relevant personnel and emergency services as per client instructions; document all interactions in system of record.
• Generate detailed incident reports and follow up on resolutions.
