Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, perform alarm verification, and lead live interactions with monitored sites using two-way audio/video systems.

The role requires multi-level responsibility, critical decision-making, and clear communication with customers and emergency personnel. The position is on-site in St. Louis with benefits from Day 1 and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities and threats.
• Communicate with customers using state-of-the-art two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity or instruction, including contacting emergency services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
• Provide clear, timely life safety support and dispatch information to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events, including de-escalation when needed.
