Job summary

WeDriveU, a leader in shared mobility, seeks an on-site Dispatcher in Florida to manage high-volume calls, communicate with drivers, and resolve customer inquiries. The role focuses on routing, safety, and efficient daily operations across multiple routes.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching and customer care in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls and coordinate driver actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and routing software.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience reading maps and interpreting directions for routing.
• Ability to maintain organized records and safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes and communicate instructions.
• Coordinate and assign vehicles to ensure daily coverage of all routes.
• Respond to customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Notify drivers and stakeholders of route changes or emergencies.
• Assist with routing directions and special service requests as needed.
