Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive portfolio of client-owned real estate within the assigned geographic territory.
• Actively negotiate lease agreements, amendments, and collateral security agreements.
• Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and attorneys; review lease documents for financial terms.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and other key dates; ensure client goals are met.
• Market properties for lease, conduct site inspections, and handle property approvals.
• Prepare and submit information for client approvals; manage transaction reporting and analytics.
