Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. seeks a Transaction Management Lead for the RTX account in a remote role covering a global portfolio.

The role drives strategy, upstream planning, and governance across roughly 80 million SF, coordinating TM teams and Leasing Advisory brokers to deliver integrated solutions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in TM or Corporate Leasing, strong analytics, and proven cross-geography leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing.
• Track record leading portfolio strategy across large, multi-geography portfolios.
• Experience with upstream strategic planning and executive-level decision support.
• Strong portfolio analytics skills, including occupancy planning and scenario analysis.
• Experience partnering with brokerage/advisory teams to deliver integrated account solutions.
• Comfortable working across dispersed markets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns TM P&L and meets account growth targets.
• Leads transaction management across a dispersed, multi-market portfolio.
• Drives portfolio strategy, occupancy planning, and scenario analysis.
• Manages client relationships at the executive level and oversees escalations.
• Ensures governance, KPIs, and contracted metrics across the portfolio.
• Oversees operations, reporting, and SOP development for portfolio excellence.
• Prepares QBRs and supports risk management and change control processes.
