JLL is seeking an experienced real estate professional to serve as a direct point of contact for managing a portfolio of client-owned properties in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on handling new transaction inquiries and maintaining accurate project data within company databases.

You will analyze portfolios, communicate updates to clients, and propose value-added transactions while ensuring compliance with client goals and internal processes. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years real estate experience, preferably with direct transaction background.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting language.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Salesforce/DocuSign is a plus.
