The role focuses on handling new transaction inquiries, maintaining project data in databases, and keeping clients updated with timely written/verbal reports.

The candidate will analyze portfolios, propose value-added transactions, and collaborate with internal departments while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with real estate and transaction management.

Aufgaben

• Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of client owned real estate within an assigned geographic territory.
• Effectively manage day-to-day activity process related to new transaction inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project information in transaction databases.
• Maintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner.
• Analyze and manage client’s portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results for the client.
• Serve as information resource – Conduct research on property details, ownership, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client’s internal departments.
• Uphold high quality standards and data accuracy.
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, internal processes, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other team members
