Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a role in Upington, Northern Cape. The position focuses on managing the entire transaction lifecycle, coordinating with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and escrow officers to ensure timely closings.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of transaction coordination or similar in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with high-volume transactions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transaction process from contract to closing.
• Prepare and distribute documents and disclosures.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, escrow officers, and lenders.
• Track contracts, contingencies, deadlines; provide updates.
• Maintain digital and physical transaction files.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings.
• Assist agents with listing input and marketing coordination.
• Address issues promptly; facilitate clear communication.
• Handle issues across all parties involved.
