Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate closings or transaction coordination.
• Familiarity with government and private bank real estate processes preferred.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Experience with property management or real estate software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate real estate closings for government and private bank transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely closing.
• Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems.
• Prepare and compile monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Submit property inspection reports and maintain documentation.
• Collect, verify, and organize documentation related to Cash for Keys agreements.
• Track deadlines and ensure closing compliance.
• Maintain organized records and up-to-date files.
