Job summary

Compass is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our Seattle-area team. You will collaborate with Agents to manage all compliance and administrative aspects of listings, transactions, and commissions, supporting a smooth closing process.

Daily you will track documents, deadlines, and payout details, and you will interface with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accuracy and timely updates. A strong eye for detail and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a real estate transaction-processing function, coordination, accounting, or payroll function preferred.
• Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Customer service-oriented personality.
• Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle document tracking for numerous real estate transactions from listing to close, ensuring compliance.
• Ensure contracts are processed promptly with attention to detail.
• Manage and track contract deadlines to meet all timelines.
• Validate accuracy of compliance and commission records in company systems.
• Support Agents regarding commission payouts, deductions, and calculations.
• Collaborate with sales managers and other teams to provide outstanding agent support.
