Stratton Group Keller Williams is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support our growing team in Arizona. You will shepherd contracts from execution to close, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title professionals to keep deals on track.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and mastery of transaction management platforms to deliver smooth closings for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions or escrow.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with KW Command or Follow Up Boss and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and escrow officers.
• Track contract deadlines, contingency periods, and milestones to ensure timely closings.
• Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain transaction management software and CRM platforms.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and agents throughout the process.
• Assist with scheduling inspections, appraisals, and final walkthroughs.
