Qualifications

• Background in real estate, transaction coordination, titles or mortgages is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must have 6+ months of real estate experience and strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inspections, assist in negotiations for repairs, and manage escrow documents.
• Coordinate appraisal, titles, and mortgage paperwork with agents, clients and lenders.
• Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers to close deals promptly.
• Oversee contracts for buyers and sellers through to closing with accuracy.
• Verify signatures and dates; maintain compliant closing files and DocuSign records.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
• Act as liaison between agents, clients, attorneys, escrow and mortgage brokers.
• Create timelines, follow up on deadlines, and ensure contingencies are released.
• Maintain organized, compliant files and prepare house files for each transaction.
• Ensure timely payment processing and share important terms and contingencies.
