This is an in-office operations position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. The Transaction Coordinator will work closely with agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and vendors to help each transaction move smoothly and remain compliant.
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 depends on experience
Our team uses CRM, transaction management, and AI-assisted tools to improve communication, accuracy, and efficiency. Training will be provided on the systems used in this position.
