Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking an experienced, licensed Transaction Coordinator to ensure a smooth closing experience for clients. The role focuses on title and settlement coordination in a high-volume environment.

The coordinator will manage multiple files, communicate with clients and sales agents, and work with our Client Concierge team to relay transaction details. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NC real estate license required; broker's license preferred.
• Experience in high-volume title and settlement environments.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files with urgency without compromising quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide office support Mon-Fri to NC offices.
• Oversee contract submissions in Salesforce.
• Draft and send contract documents for signature.
• Assist in contract compliance for all transactions.
• Create timelines for key client touch-points during transactions.
• Track real estate guidelines for contract compliance.
• Notify attorneys and lenders of pertinent info to keep closing on track.
• Assist in earnest money submission logistics.
• Coordinate closing timing with attorney, client, and others.
• Provide contract-to-close support in closing process.
