Colonial Title Group Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Processor/Closer in Dandridge, TN to manage real estate title orders from start to finish. You will prepare closing documents, coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, and ensure compliance with ALTA statements and disclosures.

Ideal candidates bring experience in title processing or closings, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage real estate title orders from opening to closing.
• Prepare and review closing documents, HUD-1/ALTA settlement statements, and title commitments.
• Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.
• Conduct title searches and examine title reports to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure all closing conditions and lender requirements are met prior to settlement; disburse funds and record documents accurately and timely.
• Maintain organized and compliant closing files in accordance with state and company guidelines.
