Colonial Title Group Inc in Dandridge, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Processor/Closer to manage real estate title orders from opening to closing. You will prepare HUD-1/ALTA statements, coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, and ensure compliance with closing conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders.
• Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
