Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the title industry, preferably in residential real estate processing and closings.
• Proven ability to independently manage real estate transactions from contract receipt through closing and funding.
• Strong understanding of title commitments, title requirements, closing documents, and escrow procedures.
• Business development experience or an established network of real estate agents and lenders is highly preferred.
• SOFTPRO SELECT EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage residential real estate transactions from receipt of contract through closing and funding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the transaction.
• Review contracts, order and review title work, obtain payoffs, HOA information, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, and clients to ensure all closing requirements and deadlines are met.
• Prepare and review closing statements, coordinate balancing, and ensure accuracy of closing documents.
• Conduct purchase, refinance, and cash closings in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Explain closing documents clearly and confidently to clients.
• Coordinate funding approvals and ensure completed files are properly transitioned for post-closing.
• Represent Atlas Title Group at networking events, industry functions, and community activities.
• Collaborate with ownership on business development initiatives and opportunities for continued growth.
