Edge Settlement Associates is seeking a Title Agency Processor/Closer to join a fast-growing title operation. You will handle residential purchases and refinances via in-office and mobile closings, collaborating with closing attorneys, lenders, realtors, and clients.

You will report to the owner and operations manager, with advancement opportunities toward senior closer or title operations leadership across multiple offices. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Notary Public commission.
• Experience handling real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of closings, title processing, and notarial procedures.
• Ability to review loan documents and manage transaction details.
• Punctual, energetic, and dependable work style.
• Strong interpersonal communication with varied stakeholders.
• Three+ years of real estate transaction processing experience.
• Bilingual communication skills (preferred).
• Experience with residential purchases and refinances.
• Experience in title processing or closings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-office and mobile closings for residential transactions.
• Prepare documents for purchases and refinances.
• Review title and closing documents for accuracy.
• Review loan documents and support timely completion.
