Ideal candidates bring knowledge of title insurance, ALTA forms, and the ability to manage multiple files while communicating effectively with clients, agents, and lenders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong communication with clients, agents, and lenders.
