Colonial Title Group Inc in Dandridge, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Processor/Closer to manage real estate title orders from opening to closing. You will prepare HUD-1/ALTA statements, coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders, and ensure compliance with closing conditions.

Formación

• Prior experience in title processing, escrow, or real estate closings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, closing procedures, and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with ALTA settlement statements and closing disclosure documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders.
• Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage real estate title orders from opening to closing.
• Prepare and review closing documents, HUD-1/ALTA settlement statements, and title commitments.
• Coordinate closings with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.
• Conduct title searches and examine title reports to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure all closing conditions and lender requirements are met prior to settlement.
• Disburse funds and record documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and compliant closing files in accordance with state and company guidelines.
