Job summary

Sotheby’s International Realty in Silicon Valley is seeking a growth-minded real estate professional to join a high-producing team. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in the field, owns listings, and advances client opportunities with mentorship and robust listing access.

You will coordinate a range of services for client readiness, host open houses, conduct showings, and manage timelines across a dynamic market. Luxury experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Local to the South Bay / Silicon Valley area required or strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and listing landscape.
• Professional and polished with clients; strong communication and presentation.
• Excellent follow-through and responsiveness to clients and timelines.
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field and manage multiple moving parts.
• Organized enough to juggle details while pursuing the sales side.
• Collaborative and comfortable operating within an established team.
• Motivated by growth, learning, and increased earning potential.
• Luxury real estate experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support new listings from preparation through launch.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, photographers, stagers, and vendors.
• Assist with listing prep and property readiness.
• Host and support open houses.
• Conduct showings and assist buyers.
• Research on-market and off-market properties.
• Manage client communication and important timelines.
• Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and property appointments.
• Work closely with Director of Operations to keep clients and transactions moving forward.
• Follow up with prospective buyers, sellers, referrals, and opportunities.
• Take increasing ownership of clients and transactions as trust grows.

Revel Search is partnering with the Sotheby's to identify a licensed, growth-minded real estate professional to join their high-producing Silicon Valley team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who has already built a foundation in residential real estate but is looking for greater access to listings, clients, mentorship, and earning potential.

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is a hunter, not a farmer.

You are proactive, entrepreneurial, polished, comfortable with clients, and motivated to grow. You enjoy being in the field and are willing to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

This could be an excellent opportunity for an agent currently producing approximately $5M–$10M annually who wants to learn from established producers and gain access to additional business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting new listings from preparation through launch

Compensation

There is flexibility in how the opportunity can be structured based on the experience and preferences of the right candidate.
