Job summary

Colliers is seeking a real estate sales professional in Phoenix to collaborate on the daily operations of the team’s business, expanding knowledge in leasing, marketing, and sales while developing financial and research skills. This role emphasizes prospecting, client meetings, and deal coordination on a path to independent management of transactions.

You will be involved in cold calling, maintaining databases, attending local events, and training to learn the Colliers Way.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of Arizona.
• Highly motivated with energy and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills.
• Well organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Desire to advance in the commercial real estate industry.
• Prior experience using CRM programs.
• Spreadsheet applications experience (Microsoft Excel).

Responsibilities

• Be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business and industry events, network, and participate in client meetings.
• Go through training to learn the Colliers Way of doing business.
• Coordinate supporting materials for offer packages; review proposals, leases.
• Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and other documents.
• Transition to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
