Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate distressed residential properties.
• Build relationships with buyers and develop new business.
• Present properties and negotiate transactions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers.
• Work with real estate agents, title companies, and other industry professionals.
