Job summary

Colliers International in Cleveland is seeking a licensed real estate professional to collaborate on the daily operation of the team’s business, expanding your knowledge in commercial leasing, marketing, and sales, while working both independently and as part of a collaborative group.

In this 1099, 100% commission role you will heavily engage in cold calling, maintain databases, attend events, and prepare presentations as you move toward managing real estate transactions from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with Ohio license or actively pursuing.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Be heavily involved with cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events, network, and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate offer materials, review proposals and leases, and prepare documents.
• Progress to independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.
