Job summary

Colliers International in Phoenix is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Transactions Coordinator - Commercial Real Estate to support brokers and clients with marketing materials, pitch decks and transaction administration. You will manage multiple projects, create proposals, and facilitate communication from initiation to completion.

The role involves developing client pitches, executing marketing campaigns, updating deal information, and coordinating due diligence and invoices.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for multiple team members and track action items.
• Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns and campaign reports.
• Update brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites and client portals.
• Participate in transaction coordination, due diligence, invoicing and payments.
