The Weast Group powered by PLACE is seeking an experienced Texas licensed real estate agent to step into a Director of Sales role. You will continue serving clients and closing transactions while taking on leadership responsibility.

You will lead team calls, coach newer agents, and help refine lead-generation and conversion processes. The role blends individual production with strategic team development and accountability.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License required.
• Demonstrated real estate sales experience required.
• Full-time availability required.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, or develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead team meetings and training sessions.

Responsabilités

• Continue managing your own real estate business, including lead follow-up, prospecting, appointments, clients, and transactions
• Work directly with team operators to support day-to-day sales leadership
• Help lead team calls, sales meetings, and team accountability sessions
• Assist operators with coaching and training lessons
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to newer team members
• Help newer agents develop effective lead-generation, follow-up, and conversion habits
• Share proven strategies, experiences, and best practices with the team
• Monitor and encourage team accountability and follow-through
• Assist with onboarding and development of new agents
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes, and agent development
• Maintain your own production and lead-generation activities while contributing to the overall success of the team
• Utilize team technology, CRM systems, and established processes
