Job summary

The Weast Group powered by PLACE seeks a Texas-licensed real estate agent to join our team serving Rockwall and surrounding areas. Newer agents are welcome; we provide tools, training, and support, while experienced agents gain access to a steady lead pipeline and established systems.

You’ll have about 60–80 leads per month via round-robin, plus daily coaching, lead-generation support, admin and transaction coordination, marketing resources, and industry technology including PLACE and Brivity.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License — Required.
• Full-time availability — Required.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to generate business.
• Coachable and willing to implement proven systems.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Reliable transportation to meet clients across the service area.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Newer licensed agents are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow up consistently with assigned leads and move them through the CRM.
• Generate additional business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and your sphere of influence.
• Meet with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage your pipeline.
• Convert leads into appointments, clients, and closed transactions.
• Communicate with clients throughout buying and selling processes.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
• Utilize team-provided technology, systems, and marketing resources.
