The Weast Group powered by PLACE in Texas is seeking an experienced, licensed real estate agent to step into a Director of Sales role. You will continue building your own business while taking on team leadership, coaching, and agent development.

As Director of Sales, you will lead with example, manage client transactions, mentor newer agents, run team calls and training, and contribute to systems that drive performance. This is for an agent ready to impact beyond personal production.

Qualifications

• Texas Real Estate License is required.
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
• Full-time availability is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, or develop others.
• Comfortable leading team meetings, calls, and training sessions.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
• Highly organized and capable of managing personal production alongside leadership responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Coachable and willing to collaborate with team operators.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet with clients and team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Continue managing your own real estate business, including lead follow-up, prospecting, appointments, clients, and transactions.
• Work directly with team operators to support day-to-day sales leadership.
• Help lead team calls, sales meetings, and team accountability sessions.
• Assist operators with coaching and training lessons.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to newer team members.
• Help newer agents develop effective lead-generation, follow-up, and conversion habits.
• Share proven strategies, experiences, and best practices with the team.
• Monitor and encourage team accountability and follow-through.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new agents.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes, and agent development.
