Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, growth-minded, and willing to learn scripts.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers and sellers; secure buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers and track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly; convert prospecting into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Market listings using pricing strategies and staging expertise.
