The Weast Group powered by PLACE is seeking a Texas-licensed real estate agent for its Rockwall-area team. You’ll join a systematized operation offering leads, coaching, and support to build a real estate business.

Expect 60–80 leads per month, daily coaching, and access to marketing resources and industry tech. Newer agents welcome to apply as the team provides infrastructure to grow your pipeline and closing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License is required.
• Full-time availability and commitment required.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and driven to generate business.
• Coachable and willing to implement proven systems.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, accountable environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet with clients across the service area.

Responsibilities

• Follow up consistently with assigned leads and work them through the CRM.
• Generate additional business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and your sphere of influence.
• Meet with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and other client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and manage your pipeline.
• Convert leads into appointments, clients, and closed transactions.
• Communicate consistently with clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team accountability.
• Utilize team-provided technology, systems, and marketing resources.
