Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to collect media for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3, capture virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for marketing use.

Responsibilities include coordinating with scheduling, building a strong portfolio, and ensuring client expectations are met. Requires 2+ years in photography, and a FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer; driving is part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments effectively.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• Identify new inventory and property coverage while photographing commercial real estate data.
