Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking Associate Photographers to capture 3-D tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You’ll scan homes with Matterport Pro3, build a client-focused portfolio, and work with scheduling and logistics in a defined territory.

Requirements include real estate photography experience, FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 drone license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong customer service and client-first mindset.
• Excellent time management and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of photos to best feature properties.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete data coverage in assigned areas.
• Adhere to safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
